What I'm working on at the moment

Day to day I can be found in the warehouse at Stage Sound Services working to keep audio, projection, lighting and staging equipment reaching important shows across the world.

I oversee a team of over 50 assistants and technicians across different areas and departments.

Biog

I studied technical theatre in college and after enjoying it decided to pursue further.
I joined a small charity in Bristol and toured with a show called Luv Esther for a year, helping to develop the audio to the productions needs.

After the tour I joined Stage Electrics warehouse audio team. I worked my way up over 6 years to become the team leader, looking after a small team of 4 in the warehouse.

In 2010 I joined Stage Sound Services as hires manger - A role that soon changed to Warehouse Manager.
My role then developed in 2019 when I became Operations Manager, a role created to bring in another level of management in the warehouse.
I have lead the development of the warehouse from a small team of 5 to nearly 45 staff.

I'm proud to be part of an industry leading company that paves the way for others and sets consistently high standards for the industry.
