Biog
PAUL GROOTHUIS SOUND DESIGNER

Originally from Holland, in 1979 Paul attended Central School of Speech and Drama.
In 1981 he joined Jeff Wayne Music Studios where he left as Resident Engineer in 1984
He joined the National Theatre and stayed until 2001, designing the Sound for over 120 productions in its’ three auditoria.
Since going freelance in 2001 Paul has designed the Sound for over 450 productions, all over the world, equally enjoying Drama, Musicals and Dance.
